Chris Wilson - Managing Director

Chris brings over thirty years experience to his role of Managing Director of BEAM Contracting, having an extensive background in financial and strategic business management across a diverse range of markets. An excellent communicator and skilled networker, Chris is highly proactive in
developing, nurturing and maintaining relationships at all levels, across all areas of business. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spectating and participating in all forms of motorsport, including international 24hr race series.

MARTIN SHAW - OPERATIONS MANAGER

Martin leads the day-to-day running of all projects for BEAM Contracting, including managing the construction team and liaising with clients, suppliers and the professional team. With a background in the finance industry, he is also well-placed to ensure budgets remain under control. When he is not working, Martin enjoys training in the gym and competes at a high level in Powerlifting competitions.

 

Steve Hawes - TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

A Chartered Mechanical Engineer with a varied background across Site and Project Management for a series of FTSE-listed companies, Steve brings additional technical knowledge to the business, ensuring that every last detail is considered and all builds stay on track against stretching timelines and complex specifications. In his spare time, Steve is an 'Ironman' triathlete and can often be seen swimming, cycling and running around the beautiful Dorset countryside.

With a passion for high quality finishes, Paul ensures that all our trade partners maintain our standards and keep jobs moving forwards effectively.

 

BEN PRINGLE - SITE MANAGER

Ben has spent his career in a variety of different industries, creating high-end finishes for companies such as Sunseeker yachts and luxury cabins in private aeroplanes.
